WAFFEN-SS TOTENKOPF TUNIC

Very nice and rare M40 tunic for Waffen-SS Totenkopf soldier with the rank of SS-Mann.
Tunic is complete of all the insigna, skull tab for the Totenkopf Division is the so called "Pumpkin head" type, and a black wool rank tab; both collar tabs are machine sewn to the collar, sewn in 2 different times, so a nice made restoration.
The tunic it is made in german wool and has traces of usage but the overall conditions are very good. Inside is fully lined in grey ribbed cotton.
On the left sleeve a BeVo type eagle is zig-zag machine sewn, and it is IMO untouched original to the jacket.
Nice shoulder boards with red piping for artillery.
Inside are still visible the black ink size and year markings, the maker mark on the lower medical pocket and the blue ink stamp made from a russian theater where this jacket was found many years ago.
