Guarantee
All goods (unless described otherwise) will be sold following the italian law about right of withdrawal (14 days inspection). You can return your item if you are not satisfied with it and this is possible for two weeks after the package was delivered. This guarantee will only be given on items which are send with registered or courier mail, as we can check the delivery date.
All items are being sold only (and only) as historical objects for display purposes.
The expresssions 'Gold', 'Silver' or 'Bronze' relate to, especially in the case of awads, to the grade of the award or the appearance or plating finish of metal items and does not imply a solid metal content of this description unless otherwise stated.
Payment plans
Militaria Tedesca would like to give every collector the chance to collect, therefore we offer payment plans when needed. Please discuss your proposed plan first with us at info@militariatedesca.it, we will have a look at it and confirm it or make a counter plan. Items can not be bought prior to your payment plan proposition.

All payments will be taken in Euro.
Commission sales (consignment items)
Militaria Tedesca would be happy to sell any item for you. For this we would like you to send a list with your items and the prices you'd like to have for them. On these prices we charge -10% and +20% (minimum) on the final price, and this includes taxes (for example: you ask 1000 euro for a medal; you'll get 900 and the medal will go for sale at 1200). The items have to be mailed to our office with registated or insured mail (your own risc, we do not take responsibiliy for any lost items). You do not have to be worried about mail, payments or anything, we take care of these mathers. When an item is sold, your set price will be transfered to your account as soon as possible.
Your items may rest on our website as long as you wish.
We are flexible on commission sales regarding the terms. The terms are set above but for question or exceptions please email us at info@militariatedesca.it

Delivery Informations:
Militaria Tedesca offers 2 different options regarding the shipping of your purchased goods.
1) Courier (this is the way we usually use).
The costs of this option depends on the location you want the parcel to be delivered. Four geo zones are being distinguished: Italy, Europe, US and the rest of the World. The option will automatically pop up on the check-out form. Militaria Tedesca preferes to send the items with Courier mail.
Please email us if you would like your package to be send with a certain courier (FedEx, DHL, ...) and we will let you know the costs, otherwise we will chose the best option for your country. Here it will be possible to insure the content of your package.
It's easy, fast and reliable altough the goods are only be insured up to 50 euro. If a package would be lost, Militaria Tedesca will take the necessary to track the package, but will take no responsibility for the eventual loss of this package.
2) Registered airmail
The costs of this option depends on the location you want the parcel to be delivered.
If you prefere registered Airmail, feel free to contact us. Also in this case we will take no responsibility for the eventual loss of this package.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to alter any miscalculation, plus or minus, and you will be notified prior to shipping of any changes.
