Great Officer flight blouse with external hip pockets. The Luftwaffe blue/grey, wool/rayon blend construction flight blouse features a vertical, five button, French fly, front closure with the buttons on the right front panel and corresponding button eyelets on the left front panel.
Eagle is hand stitched to the tunic. The flight blouse has officer shoulder boards with golden yellow wool waffenfarbe piping.
The collar features golden yellow wool collar tabs with bullion embroidery. The collar tabs are machine stitched to the collar. The shoulder straps and collar tabs indicate the rank of Hauptmann serving with a para unit. The interior of the flight blouse is lined in grey rayon.
On the left sleeve there's a Kreta cufftitle; the cufftitle is machine sewn and under the edges is well visible the shadow and the difference between the wool. It is, in my opinion, an untouched tunic.
Indeed a great and rare tunic.
