Scarce early SS commemoreative badge.
Die stamped alloy construction, commemorative march badge with a bronze wash. The badge features an embossed, stylized, SS style eagle with outstretched wings, clutching a wreathed, canted swastika in it’s talons, to the top center, flanked by script, "Gruppe Frankfurt Main West 10. u. 11. VI. 1933", (Group Frankfurt Main West 10TH and 11TH June 1933), positioned above the embossed SS runes on a pebbled background field and flanked by additional script, "Auf Marsch Abschnitt XI", (District 11 on the March), positioned above an embossed skull and crossbones.
The reverse of the badge is a mirror image of the obverse and has a soldered, horizontal, pin back device is intact.
