The National Socialist Women’s League was founded in October of 1931 as a fusion of several National Socialist Women’s Associations.
The colors in the badge signify the level of rank: Blue is the ORT level (Ortsgruppe/Ortsfrauenschaftsleiterin)
On the back side are present the RZM and the maker marks M1/120 of the famous Wilhelm Deumer of Lüdenscheid.
