Nice German Women's Work League membership badge (Deutsches Frauenwerk) in good condition.
The original black and red enamel is still present and there are no missing pieces.
The badge is RZM and M1/34 marked to reverse that stands for the maker Karl Wurster of Markneikirchen. Pin in the back side erfectly works.
Measurement is approx. 32mm
The Deutsches Frauenwerk organization was formed in 1938 because Hitler was aware that women would need to replace men in the workforce as he contemplated armed conflict.
