This is one of the most beautiful camo helmets we ever had.
It is a Luftwaffe Quist, size 64 with 2 different camo finishes on it.
First this helmet was covered with the typical sud front dark yellow, and then covered with sand mixed with dark grey paint (anti-reflective).
Yellow varnish is visible in some areas where the sand camo is scratched away.
Camo is almost complete at its 99%.
Inside the leather is perfect, it shows only a very light patina. This helmet was really used very little.
This helmet is also published in the book: "Mimetismi Tedeschi 1939-1945" (German camuflages 1939-1945) written by Righini/Fiammenghi (two well known and reputable helmet collectors).
