CASED AIGUILETTE AND BELT+BUCKLE

Cased set composed of a brocade Officer parade belt and belt buckle, and Officer's aiguilette (Achselband für Offiziere).
The brocade belt and the new style circular belt buckle were for wear by Officers when in parade, or formal dress and service dress when full decoration were ordered. This is a nice early type aluminum buckle in near mint condition, the buckle is nicely maker marked with the logo of the company of "Assmann" from Lüdenscheid. The belt is approximately 95cm long.
The aiguillette was ment for wear by Officers when in parade, or formal dress and service dress when full decoration were ordered. This is a 1935 pattern "Achselband" for Army officers and officials, with metal tips. The Aiguillette is in near mint condition, exactly like the belt.
The set was found cased, in a round cardboard box, exactly as it is offered here.
