Great, and impossible to upgrade, example of the famous Brandenburg cufftitle.
The cufftitle is full lenght and was never worn.
Typical construction with dark green coarse wool and white tresse with machine stitched word "Brandenburg", one of the most famous german élite regiments of the Second World War. The Brandenburg was a Special Forces unit whose formal title was Sonderverband z.b.V. 800 and it carried out commando operations under the direct control of the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht. Lately the regiment was exapanded to divisional size.
This special cuffband was introduced for the unit on august 17, 1944.
