This is a very rare SS insigna, a SS-Totenkopf senior NCO sleeve diamond.
The diamond shows a beautiful quality hand-embroidered silver-aluminium skull on a diamond-shaped black wool cloth. The edge is piped with silver-aluminium & black twist piping. The reverse has brown buckram and a RZM SS paper tag still in place.
Condition is excellent.
