Excessively rare and in extreme nice condition General cap for mountain troops, or Bergmütze.
Cap is a private tailored piece and it is approximatively a size 57.
Front T-shaped Bevo insigna is, as usual, hand applied, and the thread looks to be period. Overall condition is nice, cap shows some minor usage and little signs of wear.
Inside it is fully lined in ribbed ryon and the full sweatband is still soft and in place.
Construction shows the correct elongated front visor and a very tall front, typical of a private purchase fashion.
