Deep navy blue, fine quality, wool construction with fold-down side panels, in the same material as the crown and body of the cap, which narrow and scallop where they are fastened, by two buttons and their corresponding buttonholes, in the front. BeVo type Feuerwehr insignia in rayon thread. Insignia is factory machine sewn to cap. Complete gray rayon lining. Nice RBNr marking still visible in white ink. Size is 57.
The cap shows light patina and minor usage; a very nice M43 in great condition and not easy to see on market.
