Very beautiful, untouched, textbook example, made in fine quality, dark blue wool with gold piping to the top edge of the side panels. Machine embroidered cap eagle is neatly machine stitched to the front. Nice quality dark grey/black silk/rayon ribbed liner.
Stamp size "55" is still very well visible in white ink.
Excellent cap in almost perfect condition. IMO impossible to upgrade.
