Wonderful Kriegsmarine Dagger complete with Portepee, hangers and belt.

This one is in really nice condition; the blade is marked by the famous maker F.W. Holler of Solingen, and nicely etched with fouled anchors and a ship. The push-button blade locking mechanism is functional. The blade has a perfect tip and only slight traces of age.

The handle is in great shape, the original gold gilding is still present and retains beautiful original luster. The white grip is pristine and very attractive, with a nice, tight wire wrap. The handle is complete with its original portepee, still tied in its original knot. The portepee is made of gold metallic wire, and has taken on a very pleasant darkened tone from age.

This Kriegsmarine Dagger is complete with its original brass scabbard, which has a mellow age patina. Both throat retaining screws remain intact.

This desirable dagger is accompanied by a set of very nice, early hangers with metallic fittings. The hangers are in good condition too. The fabric is crisp, with full original color, and all of the clips remain functional.

The set is also complete of its original blue belt, that is mint.

Overall, this dagger rates a wonderful condition.

A beautiful, complete set, perfect for display or to complete a manequin.
