Nice quality, August Müller, field-grey wool and rayon blend construction visor cap with a subtle whipcord weave, a blue/green badge cloth centerband and light light green wool waffenfarbe piping to the crown edge and both the top and bottom edges of the centerband. There are a couple of small holes that don't affect the beauty of the headdress.

The internal crown stiffening wire and an internal vertical stiffener to the front center are both intact and give the cap a nice, relaxed, saddle form shape with a high central peak. The front center of the cap features a second pattern, stamped, polished natural aluminum national eagle.

The front center of the centerband has a bullion wire made oak-leaf wreath encompassing a three piece national tri-color cockade.

The cap has a twisted silver/aluminum chin cord which is secured in place by two, small, silver washed, pebbled, alloy buttons. The cap has a black lacquered vulcanfibre visor.

The interior of the cap is fully lined in ribbed golden/tan rayon. The crown lining has a clear celluloid sweat diamond intact, and the lining beneath the sweat diamond is well marked with the August Müller logo and informations.

Sweatband is still soft and perfectly factory machine sewn to the cap body.

The visor cap is in overall very good condition with minimal age and usage toning.

Very nice and scarce officer Panzergrenadier cap.
