Luftwaffe blue/grey, wool construction cap with fold down side and back panels.
The front center of the cap has a BeVo Luftschutz cap insignia which is machine sewn in place. And the front center of the fold down panels has a machine embroidered cockade that is neatly handstitched in place.
The interior of the cap is fully lined in light brown/grey rayon. The lining is nicely maker marked bu the famous maker "Clemens Wagner". Also size stamped 55. Actual size of the cap is rather 56,5.
The cap shows clear signs of age and use. With noticable color fading and napwear to all exposed parts. The lining shows matching use compared to the obverse.
